Dave Ng is a Principal at B Capital Group, a global venture capital fund with offices in SanFrancisco, New York, Los Angeles and Singapore. Dave invests in fintech, consumer, enterpriseand digital health, and leads the fund’s investments in Southeast Asia and US. Some of his recentinvestments include Capital Match, Mswipe, Ninja Van, CXA Group and Icertis.

Prior to B Capital, Dave spent 20 years across Silicon Valley and Asia, building and operatingtech companies. He was Director at Oracle, where he was responsible for corporate and industrystrategy. He led the diligence for Converged and Cloud strategy, working with senior executivesin identifying strategic investments, operating model and go to market launch. Previously, Davewas an early employee at Zuora, which subsequently completed an IPO on NYSE. Winston Hsia heads the Investment Business of CTBC Financial Holding Group, which is listed in Taiwan with total asset over US$130billion. With more than 25 years of experience in direct investment and asset management, Mr. Hsia starts his career at Lehman Brothers (Hong Kong) and joined CTBC group since year 2010. Mr. Hsia is experienced in sourcing and executing direct investment opportunities across Taiwan, US and Greater China, assisting building up the infrastructure and investment portfolios among CTBC Group.

Prior to CTBC Group, Mr. Hsia also served several senior executive positions of investment business in CTBC Bank, CTBC Venture Capital, Shopnet Co., Ltd. and China Network Systems and O-One Inc. (Seoul).

Mr. Hsia received his BA in Economics from University Of California, Berkeley and MBA from University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School.

Tanna Yang serves as Head of Digital Venture Center and is responsible for CTBC group’s Fintech investment. Prior to the position, she has been Chief Staff of CEO Office, CTBC Financial Holding and been involving with firm strategy, communications among subsidiaries, and new project initiations.

Before the position at CTBC Financial Holding, Tanna has over 10 year working experience in Corporate Banking Group, CTBC Bank. She was in charge of establishing the trade finance product platform for the firm and rolling out trade product service to the South East Asia market.

Tanna holds a B.A in Applied Mathematics from Chiao-Tung University and MBA from Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan.

Michael Lints graduated from The Hague University of Applied Science in Management and Information Science and worked briefly as a project manager in NN Group, Netherlands largest insurance and asset management company. His entrepreneurial spirit kicked in right after and he went on to start his own IT business specialising in Microsoft environments and IT project management. He was the former vice chairman of the Economic Development Board Rotterdam which helped him built an extensive international network. In 2007, Michael founded his own venture fund focused on Dutch’s small and mediumsize enterprise to help them with capital financing, development and relevant support and strategy. Through his earlier Venture in the Netherlands, Michael got acquainted with Golden Gate Ventures and moved his family to Singapore to join Golden Gate Ventures, as Venture Partner in 2013 to help with fundraising, strategicpartnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Michael has helped raised over over $60M USD for Golden Gate Ventures and its portfolio companies and is now a Partner at Golden Gate Ventures since 2017. Kwee Bee is a Principal of Intres Capital Partners and also the Managing Director of Teak Capital Sdn Bhd, a venture capital management company. Prior to that, she was with Walden International, a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm, overseeing the operations and investments of Walden International and BI Walden in Malaysia. She was also previously Head of Corporate Finance at AmInvestment Bank Berhad. She previously held posts as a member of the Securities Commission Capital Market Advisory Council, Chairman of the Malaysian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, Non-Executive Board member of the Audit Oversight Board and also member of the Malaysian Venture Capital Development Council.

Fizulin obtained her Degree in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from RMIT University, Australia. She started her career in 2001 as an analyst in FirstFloor Capital Sdn Bhd, a technology investment firm that manages both private and institutional funds. She was the manager of the firm prior to joining Khazanah. In 2007, Fizulin joined the Investments Division of Khazanah. Since then, she has covered several sectors under Khazanah’s portfolio including Technology sector, Aviation (airports) sector and Funds. Wee Meng heads the all stages investments relating to TMT sector in LHC. With over 20years of TMT operating experiences as Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales, Channels and Alliances in HP, Sun Microsystems, NEC, VMware managing the Asia Pacific markets. He brings with/ the depth of operating experience to the portfolio companies in management and operating best practices, sales strategies in Channel and Alliances, growth and scale out models and etc.

Reez was part of the technology investment team at Khazanah Nasional, Malaysia’s strategic investment fund, focusing on startups in the Enterprise Software space, as well as fund investments across the globe. Closer to home, he led several initiatives to nurture and unearth entrepreneurial talents within corporates and the public at large through angel matching funding and pre-accelerator programs.

Prior to Khazanah Nasional, Reez had stints with iPerintis, helping Petronas embark on its e-learning initiative across the company. He began his career in KPMG Consulting in New York City, helping clients optimize their technology infrastructure.

Reez holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. It was at MIT where he dabbled into entrepreneurship by co-founding a startup called Kaymbu.

Yee Hoong was most recently founder of Custom Tribe, an online algorithmic custom shirt startup where he built the operations, marketing, and tech functions over two years. Prior to that he was an Associate with Xeraya Capital covering medtech in oncology, cardiovascular, and chronic care, and invested in radiotherapy (US) and blood technology (APAC) startups.

Yee Hoong started his career with A.T. Kearney, working with clients in FMCG and financial institutions. Yee Hoong graduated from Northwestern University in chemical & biological engineering, and the Kellogg School of Management Undergraduate Program. His research focused on oncofertility and computational molecular energetics.

Since 2015, Surya leads the investment activity and portfolio management activity in Kejora Ventures. His past experiences involved 15 years of various industry in ICT field: from cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and telecomunications.

Mr. Yee Chee Wai, aged 53, Male, a Malaysian is the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He was appointed to the Board of the Company on 18 April 2008. He is also a Key Senior Management of the Company.

Mr. Yee is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as a Chartered Accountant and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Certified Public Accountant.

He began his career in the investment banking industry with Affin Investment Bank Berhad and his last posting in the industry before joining OSK Equities Sdn. Bhd in August 2007 was with Public Investment Bank Berhad, where he worked for more than six (6) years as a General Manager. He began his career as an auditor with an international accounting firm based in Malaysia in 1984.

William is a General Partner at SOSV - The Accelerator VC - the #4 most active seed investor in the world 2017 with US$300m under management. At SOSV he is the Managing Director of Chinaccelerator the first accelerator to launch in Asia and the first in Asia to have a unicorn graduate from its program – Bitmex the largest crypto derivatives exchange in the world. He is also Founder and Managing Director of MOX, the Mobile Only Accelerator providing free user acquisition to the 167m smartphone users on the platform. William joined SOSV from SingTel Innov8 Ventures where he was a founding Managing Director supporting China investments. Prior to that William was a Partner at Softbank China & India Holdings, a venture capital firm backed by Softbank and Cisco, leading investments in China and South East Asia. Previously, William spent 11 years as an equity research analyst most recently with Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for Internet and Telecom Equipment in Asia and China Tech, Media and Telecom.

Francis Wong is an Executive Director and a BoD member of Sumitomo Corporation Equity Asia Limited (“SCEA”), the Asian corporate venture capital arm of Sumitomo Corporation, one of the largest global trading conglomerates in Japan. SCEA primarily nurtures and invests in next generation technology startups in Asia that bring mutual strategic benefit to both Sumitomo Corporation and the startups themselves. Mr. Wong has more than 25 years of experience in technical, operation, and venture capital investing in China and Asia. As a member of the Board of Director of SCEA, he is responsible for driving the company’s investment strategy. Prior to SCEA, Mr. Wong was an Assistant Vice President with Walden International investing in emerging technology ventures in Asia. Prior to venture capital, he spent the entire 90s in the telecom industry engaging various key roles covering network services, product development, project management and business development. Mr. Wong is a professional engineer by training, with a Bachelor Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Manchester, UK, and his MBA from the Strathclyde Graduate School of Business, Scotland.

As the Principal of Sun SEA Capital, ST Chua will be the responsible personnel in managing day to day operations of Sun SEA Capital. ST will lead Sun SEA Capital in deal sourcing activities, establishing deal flow criteria’s, evaluation of deal flows and presenting to the Investment Committee.

While being the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Sunway Ventures, ST Chua helmed Sunway’s participation in the digital economy via internal venture building and venture capital investments. Sunway Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm for the Sunway Group that was set up to drive Sunway’s participation in the new digital economy and to explore scalable technology-related startups through external venture capital investments and internal venture building & investments. Companies invested includes Popbox, an e-commerce automated parcel locker startup and Monumental Studios, a Youtube channel investment company.

ST brings with him a wealth of global experience which includes developing a multi-million online daily-deal business across 29 countries globally as the Global Business Developer of Rebate Networks, a venture capital based in Berlin, Germany. ST was instrumental in positioning exits of several investments by Rebate Networks with multiple returns.

ST was also, a co-founder of multiple ventures in Malaysia, including a FMCG distribution company, Predictry (a predictive analytics company) and Perfectsen (financial-tech startup). His past experience also includes being part of the mergers and acquisition team of Maxis where he was directly involved in acquiring telecommunication companies in India and Indonesia, with a transaction value totalling to USD 1.2 billion. Prior to that, he was a product specialist for Nokia.
